Delivery charges and details are outlined on our Delivery Information page. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please ensure your delivery information is correct—if incorrect details cause a delay or failed delivery, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Delays caused by weather, transport disruptions, or other events outside our control do not qualify for compensation or cancellation.

5. Returns

We accept returns within three days of receipt, only for faulty products. For returns, please contact our team on 0113 856 1870. We do not accept returns for unwanted items unless the product is faulty. If a return is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund (excluding delivery costs).
