This is one of our seasonal cheeses. We will be resuming production of Otley Blue at the end of the Summer season so it will be available to order from October through to December.


Our answer to Gorgonzola, Otley Blue is a luxuriously soft, creamy cow’s milk blue cheese that delivers a truly Italian-style experience right here in Yorkshire. Its texture is reminiscent of gorgonzola dolce—silky and spreadable—yet, depending on maturation, it develops the bold, robust blue character of gorgonzola piccante. Perfect on a cheese plate or stirred into a creamy pasta sauce, Otley Blue is indulgent, versatile, and full of personality.
