Our 100% sheep’s milk ricotta is made from fresh sheep’s milk whey. Light, creamy and beautifully versatile, it adds texture and richness to both savoury and sweet dishes. Yorkshire Ricotta is just as at home in a cannoli as it is in a cannelloni.


Please note:

Due to the nature of ricotta production, weekly quantities are limited. Ricotta is available for dispatch or collection on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Orders placed Wednesday–Friday that include ricotta will be sent the following week.

If you require 1kg or more, please allow at least one week’s notice, specify your required date when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate.
