Our young mild tasting soft cheese made from fresh sheep’s milk whey. Ideal for adding some texture to many savoury or sweet dishes. Our Yorkshire Ricotta is an absolutely wonderful and a very versatile cheese, it is just as at home in a Cannoli as it is a Cannelloni.
PLEASE NOTE: Our 100% sheep milk ricotta is freshly made to order and available for dispatch/collection on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Weekly availability is limited. For orders over 1kg, please email us and we’ll try to accommodate.
