Our 100% sheep’s milk ricotta is made from fresh sheep’s milk whey. Light, creamy and beautifully versatile, it adds texture and richness to both savoury and sweet dishes. Yorkshire Ricotta is just as at home in a cannoli as it is in a cannelloni.
PLEASE NOTE
We are proud to make our sheep’s milk ricotta fresh to order, so we kindly ask for at least one week to fulfil your order. For example, if an order containing ricotta is placed on a Wednesday, it may not be delivered until the following Thursday or Friday. This timeframe allows us to plan production properly and ensure the ricotta is as fresh as possible when it leaves us.
Deliveries are made Tuesday to Thursday. If you have a specific date in mind for delivery, please let us know when ordering and we will always do our best to accommodate.
