We offer delivery to most UK mainland postcodes from Tuesday to Friday each week (excluding Bank Holidays and the Tuesdays following them). Your cheese is freshly cut to order, carefully packed by hand, and dispatched via our trusted couriers.

Orders placed before 11am will be processed for next-day delivery (excluding collection orders). Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following working day. We currently deliver to mainland UK only.

Note: If you're unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, or your address falls under the Highlands or Islands, please include your postcode in the notes section at checkout. Our team will confirm your delivery eligibility.

Delivery Charges

Mainland UK – £7.00

• We do not deliver to the Highlands, Lowlands, or Islands, including the Isle of Wight.
• Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in remote areas.
• During busy periods, deliveries may take up to 2 extra working days.

Click & Collect – Free

We offer free Click & Collect for local orders. Please include your preferred collection date in the notes when placing your order. As our cheese is cut fresh to order, collection must take place during our dairy opening hours.

Orders for collection placed after 11am on Thursday will be processed the following week. A member of our team will contact you to confirm once your order is ready.

Collection Times:

• Dairy: Monday – Thursday (10am – 4pm), Friday (10am – 11am)
• Office: Monday – Thursday (10am – 1pm)

Opening hours may vary. The dairy is closed on public and bank holidays.

Best-Before Guidance

Our cheeses are freshly cut to order. For the best experience, we recommend consuming them within 10 days of delivery. While many cheeses will last longer, we always suggest enjoying them fresh.
