Otley Blue - 200g
Our answer to Gorgonzola, Otley Blue is a luxuriously soft, creamy blue cheese that delivers a truly Italian-style experience right here in Yorkshire. Its texture is reminiscent of gorgonzola dolce—silky and spreadable—yet, depending on maturation, it develops the bold, robust blue character of gorgonzola piccante.
Town Crier - 200g
Our washed-rind cheese inspired by Taleggio, with a lush, pliable texture and a sweet, mildly tangy finish. Try it stirred into a risotto, melted on pizza or just as it is!
Chippendale - 200g
Our harder variety with a nutty, smooth character that makes it an excellent table cheese. Enjoy it young for its mellow, rounded flavour, or let it mature to develop a firmer texture and a bold, savoury profile reminiscent of Parmigiano.
